I've lost count of the number of times I've chatted with folks who say they don't need coaching because they can already get a job, only to have them come back later and ask for help after they've lost far too much money to think about. Remember, a person on $50,000 is losing $961.54 for every week they are unemployed. At that rate, you'd only need to get a job just 3 days quicker to pay for everything we do.
For the very small number of members who can land a job right away without assistance (excluding the 90% of people who need to go through some pain before they work out they are wrong)...the real question is whether they are selling themself short!
What you get paid is directly related to how much value the employer perceives you can add. What if you can create a much stronger perception of value at the interview? How much more could you get paid? $10,000...$20,000...more???
